If you'd rather mail payment then use a credit card via payapl, please fill out the following form. The totals will be calculated ($13.95 USD plus shipping and handeling - $4.50 or $7.50 if overseas from North America), and you will recieve an e-mail with both this and a mailing address. Please make sure that your payment is in Certified Cheque or Money Order and cashable in Canada. Otherwise it will have to be returned and will waste a lot of time.
